All orders are checked before they leave our premises.  If you are missing an item(s) in your order, please contact the shipper and follow their instructions regarding a claim for the missing item(s). Please do not call us to take an order, we can not.  You will need to reorder what you need on the web site.  If the order is less then our minimum order you will need to email us for a By-Pass Code.  Please be sure to include the original order # and reason for a small order.
